Our Terms

We operate on a no sale/no let, no fee basis. This means we are only paid once your property is successfully sold or let. Our motivation remains until the transaction is complete.

Advertising

Upon instruction, we arrange professional photography to showcase your property at its best. Leveraging our extensive network and client database, we promote your property to a wider audience. Listings are published on major portals including Zoopla, Rightmove, and Prime Location to maximize exposure.

Having graduated from university with a BA Hons in Politics and East Asian Studies, spending several years working in Asia. She returned to the UK to work at an established estate agency in NW London, beginning her career in property. She completed a Diploma in Surveying at the University of Reading. However, she soon realized that her future lay in the fast-paced environment of the property market. Dawn has been with PMP International since 2013 and looks forward to contributing to the company's growth.
